Mix Dry Ingredients
• Add your flour into a large mixing bowl• Add the other dry ingredients ( sugar, powdered milk, baking powder, nutmeg, salt )• Mix everything very very well - 2

• Add the butter or margarine to the mix.• Using your fingers, rub the butter into the flour until it starts looking like breadcrumbs.• This step is very important because it will give us that crunchy texture. - 3

• Transfer the dough onto a clean table or tray and pound it together for about 5 to 10 minutes until.• Cover the dough with a plastic wrapping or clean kitchen towel and allow it to rest for 30 minutes. This will help make the rolling easy - 5

• Divide the dough into smaller portions and roll each portion into a flat sheet of about 0.5 cm.• Then cut these sheets into small cubes for that crunchy feel. - 6

• In a deep pot heat your vegetable oil over medium heat.• Add chin chin pieces in small batches, don't put too much at a time.• Stir occasionally while frying.• Fry until golden brown, firm, and crispy. It usually takes about 5-8 minutes per batch.• Use a frying spoon to remove and place on a paper towel to drain. - 7
