    Prepare Your Potatoes

    • Peel and wash your potatoes thoroughly. Then add a little salt and allow to sit for a few minutes• Wash off the potatoes again, and fry in your vegetable oil until almost done.• Set your potatoes aside.

    Make The Sauce

    • Wash and blend your tomatoes and start cooking on low heat. When the tomatoes start to dry, add the tomato paste and stir well.• Add your vegetable oil and begin frying the mix.• After a few minutes, add your chopped carrots, bell pepper, and green beans.• Then add your dry ingredients ( white and black pepper, and powdered ginger and garlic if available)• Add in your chopped onions and mix well. Also add in salt to taste.

    Combine Together

    • Gently pour your potatoes into the sauce and stir till all are coated with the sauce. Add a little water and cook on low heat until the potatoes are soft and ready.

    Serve

    • Serve hot, with pepper optional.
