    Prepare Your Rice

    • Wash your rice until the water becomes clean, then parboiled it for about 8 to 10 minutes, so it is soft but still firm.• Drain the water and set aside.

    Prepare Beef

    • Season the beef with salt, onion, curry powder, and seasoning cube.• Boil it on low heat so it becomes soft and tender.• Then cut it into small pieces. You can also fry it lightly at this point to add that extra flavor.

    Prepare Coconut Base

    • Heat vegetable oil in a large pot and sauté the remaining onion for about 3 minutes.• Add your ginger and garlic paste, curry powder, bay leaves, and white pepper and stir for another minute.• Pour in your coconut milk and chicken stock and seasoning cubes and salt. Taste to confirm the amount of salt needed.• Leave on low heat until it starts to boil

    Cook The Rice

    • Add the parboiled rice to the pan and stir gently.• Cover tightly and allow on low heat to cook for about 25 minutes until the rice absorbs the liquid.• Avoid stirring too much because it can make your rice sticky.

    Add Vegetable And Beef

    • In a separate pan, fry your carrots, green beans, corn, peas, and your chopped bell peppers.• Cook for about 5 minutes before adding them into the rice and stirring gently for all to mix.• Cover and cook together for 5 to 10 minutes.

    Serve

    • When it's ready, remove the bay leaves.• Serve hot.• Serving suggestions ( Fried Chicken, Fried Plantain, Coleslaw, Pepper Sauce )
